Founded in 2023

Yellowstone Titles was founded in 2023 by Cody Walter and Jesse Feragen, but they are not new to the registered agent business, they just have a new business… They are both successful entrepreneurs and have a complete understanding of Montana laws and procedures. Cody and his sister Jesse are the owners and operators of Yellowstone Titles. Both were born and raised in Billings, MT. They are 4th generation Montanans and love Montana and everything it stands for. They love to go camping, hunting and fishing with their friends and families.

Cody

Cody has a successful delivery and registered agent business in Billings, MT. He started that business in 2011 and has been having great success. Cody has been a registered agent focusing on registering and titling vehicles in Billings, MT since 2018. He has discovered that his passion really lies in the registered agent side of his business, so he decided it was time to give up the reigns on his delivery business and focus on that side of his business. He approached his sister, Jesse, about starting a new venture together with the sole purpose of being a registered agent and assisting clients with registering and titling vehicles in Montana.

Jesse

Jesse had a successful boutique in Billings from 2017-2022.
She absolutely adored helping women find clothing they loved. When Cody approached her about starting this venture together, she jumped at the chance. She had been ready to get back into an entrepreneurship role. This seemed like the perfect fit. She has been in administration and marketing most of her career and loves assisting clients.

Together they have a deep understanding of the Montana State Government as their mom is a two-term sitting Montana State Representative, and their stepfather was a two term State Senator. They also have a family passion for entrepreneurship as they are the 3rd generation on their father’s side who own and operate businesses.

Cody and Jesse decided to team up and provide the best customer service and the fastest turn-around time in the state.
